Breakfast Smoothie

  • Servings: 1
  • Difficulty: unbelievably easy

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Frozen Mixed Berries
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1 Tbsp Quinoa Flakes or 2 Tbsp Rolled Oats
  • 1 1/2 cups Nut, Coconut or Rice milk

Directions:

Add all of the ingredients into a food blender or use a hand processor and whizx up until smooth.
